Scandinavian Christmas Home Tour

If you follow me on Instagram you have seen a couple of home tours already, but I wanted to write a blog post specifically about how I decorated our home for Christmas this year! Our new house is pretty small (1200 sq ft) with just one main living area, so it was challenging for me to decorate. I naturally lean towards minimalist decor and I wanted to keep that theme for our Christmas decor, and it was difficult to maintain that in such a small space. I am SUPER happy with how it turned out though, and feel like I got the balance of decking the halls and minimalist that I was looking for! Below you will find pictures of our Scandinavian Christmas home tour from this year!

Living Room

Our fireplace and mantle are one of my favorite spots in the house, and this was really fun to put together! The garland is only $12, and is linked HERE.

This tiered tray was a hot chocolate before a Diet Coke bar and we might change it up again! This piece is one that we decorate for all the seasons, you can find a similar one HERE.

This custom home drawing was designed by my friend Ashlee at Blushing Wit! It makes such a great Christmas present, especially for parents and in-laws!

Girls’ Room

This is the first year I decorated the girls room for Christmas and I am completely hooked! I just finished styling their room (full reveal HERE) so decking it out for Christmas was even more fun! Links for everything in their room can be found in their room reveal post.

Playhouse

This playhouse is a new project and one of my proudest achievements to date! I decorated it for Christmas almost as soon as I screwed the last board in. The girls love playing in it and I see many years of enjoyment in this little house! You can find it on Amazon HERE.
