DIY Essential Oil Rollers We Use Daily

You guys know I’m a super beginner when it comes to essential oils, but I’m really excited about these roller blends I made before traveling last week! I can see how essential oils can be addicting, I’m ready to make a ton of these rollers for every little thing.

I had my friend Shabby over at Essence Chiropractic and Wellness help me make these blends, and I’ve been using them on me and both girls everyday since! They were super easy to make, and even beginners can handle this DIY.

IMMUNITY BLEND: 5 drops each of Frankincense, Lemon, Thieves into a roller bottle. Add carrier oil (I used coconut) to fill the rest of the bottle. Apply to bottoms of feet and spine 1-2x daily!

SLEEP BLEND: 5 drops Lavender, SleepyIze, and Cedarwood plus carrier oil to fill roller bottle. Apply to wrists before naps and bedtime!

I also made my own hand sanitizer! It was the easiest thing to make and I’ve been using it everywhere. I love that it’s alcohol free so it’s safe to put on Elliott’s hands since she chews on them constantly!

HAND SANITIZER: 10-15 drops Thieves plus aloe vera to the top of the bottle, that’s it!

Here are links to the bottles, labels, carrier oil, and aloe vera that I used! The bottles I bought had amazing reviews on Amazon but mine leak, so I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch. I linked them anyways because their price is great and they have the best reviews of any other brand!
